With a full kitchen and sun-drenched rooms, it offers a private home atmosphere for your closest guests. This space is ideal for those seeking a warm and personal environment for their most cherished gatherings.
The Phoenix offers a modern and serene setting for engagement parties, anniversary celebrations, and rehearsal dinners. Soaring vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams create a sophisticated backdrop that naturally elevates the aesthetic of any event. It is the perfect choice for hosts who value architectural beauty and a refined atmosphere.
The Event Center is our most versatile and bold canvas designed for connection and movement. It is the premier choice for larger graduation parties, holiday soirees, and celebrations of life. This expansive space provides the freedom to host vibrant gatherings that require a modern and open environment.
Every event includes complementary 30 minutes of free setup time. Cleanup must be completed within your paid rental hours.
Tables and chairs are not included in The Phoenix base pricing.
Add 5 round or rectangle tables and 50 chairs for $100.
Add 10 round or rectangle tables and 100 chairs for $150.
Chair covers are available for an added fee.
Need more space?
Reserve both The Phoenix and The White House for $250 per hour with a 2 hour weekday or 3 hour weekend minimum.
