The Phoenix is a spacious 1500 sqft venue that can comfortably accommodate up to 100 people for a reception, wedding, or party.

We require a 2-hour minimum (Mon-Thurs) or a 3-hour minimum (Fri-Sun). Contact us for detailed pricing starting at $200 per hour.

Yes! There is a free parking lot right next to the venue and more across the street near the event center for easy access.

Mondays through Thursdays require a 2-hour minimum for events. Fridays through Sundays required a 3-hour minimum.

Beer and wine are the only permitted alcohols allowed in the The Phoenix. If you desire liquor, you must provide a bartender, security, and obtain event insurance.

No, none of these items are permitted inside any of our venues.

Pricing for The Black Barn starts at $600 for the first 3 hours and goes up $175 an be hour for each additional hour.

To receive Full Reimbursement (minus the $50 booking fee, which is non-refundable) you MUST CONTACT us with a FULL 60-day notice. To receive a Half Reimbursement (minus the $50 booking fee, which is non-refundable) you MUST CONTACT us with a FULL 30-day notice. Anything less than a 30-day notice will result in NO reimbursement. Weddings, Micro Weddings, and Elopements are non-refundable.
