The Plan (3-Step Process)

  1. Choose Your Backdrop: Select between the "storybook classic charm" of The Phoenix or the "bold, modern" vibes of The Event Center.

  2. Pick Your Package: Whether it’s a 1-hour elopement or a full weekend takeover, we have a layout that fits.

  3. Celebrate Your Rise: Show up to a space where the tables are set, the beams are glowing, and your story is ready to take flight.

Pricing

    • Micro-Wedding: A 4-hour event for up to 50 guests held Monday through Thursday is priced at $2,300.

    • Weekday Wedding: A 10-hour event for up to 100 guests held Monday through Thursday is priced at $3,000.

    • Friday / Sunday Wedding: A 10-hour event for up to 100 guests held on either Friday or Sunday is priced at $3,950.

    • Saturday Wedding: A 10-hour event for up to 100 guests held on Saturday starts at a base rate of $4,800.

    • Saturday Extended Day: A 12-hour event for up to 100 guests held on Saturday is priced at $5,400.

    • Large-Guest Add-On: Increasing the guest capacity to between 101 and 125 people can be added to any package for an additional $400.

    • Hourly Overtime: Additional time for any event can be purchased at a rate of $300 per hour.

    • Pricing for The Phoenix starts at $600 for the first 3 hours and goes up $175 an hour for each additional hour.

    • Mondays through Thursdays require a 2-hour minimum for events. Fridays through Sundays required a 3-hour minimum.

    • Pricing for The Event Center starts at $600 for the first 3 hours and goes up $175 an hour for each additional hour.
